Terms of service

Deposits & materials: Payment for all materials and plants must be paid in full 7 days before work starts and is non-refundable once purchased.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid losing your deposit.

Access & utilities: The client must provide clear, safe access to the garden, as well as access to working electricity and running water for the duration of the job.

Weather policy: Weather delays are rare, and Cathedral Horticultural Studio does everything possible to avoid cancelling. Visits will only be rescheduled if severe or unsafe weather makes work impossible or risks damaging your lawn/soil.

Plant liability: Cathedral Horticultural Studio is not responsible for the health or survival of plants, turf, or trees once installed, as ongoing watering and aftercare are the client's responsibility.

Waste disposal: Waste removal must be agreed upon before the appointment. This will either be disposed of via your household garden waste bins or via skip hire (paid for by the client and factored into the final quote).

Payment: Final payment is due within 48 hours of job completion.
